This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for ClosingDecks services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy

  • ClosingDecks operates as a high-speed, judgment-led pre-sales intelligence service.
  • All services are delivered on a credit-based model and involve manual work by senior SEO professionals.
  • As a result, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for the following under any circumstances:

  • Used credits
  • Partially used credit bundles
  • Expired credits
  • Unused credits remaining after the rollover period
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Misunderstanding of the service or its intended use
  • Dissatisfaction arising from subjective preference or interpretation
  • Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client inputs
  • Misuse of deliverables (including email distribution or off-scope use)

Once a pre-sales intelligence pack has been delivered, it is considered final, fulfilled, and non-refundable.

No Revisions or Rework

ClosingDecks does not offer revisions, rewrites, or rework in place of refunds. Our service is intentionally constrained:

  • No audits
  • No recommendations
  • No execution plans
  • No iterative refinement

Refund requests based on expectations outside the defined scope will not be honored.

Exceptional Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified service failure, such as:

  • Non-delivery of a purchased intelligence pack within the committed timeframe without prior notice
  • Duplicate delivery caused by a ClosingDecks operational error

In such cases:

  • The maximum refund will not exceed the value of the affected credit(s)
  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of ClosingDecks
  • Supporting evidence may be required

No refunds will be issued for perceived lack of business impact, deal outcomes, or sales results.

Credit Rollover (Not a Refund)

Unused credits may roll over according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Rollover is offered as a usage flexibility mechanism and does not constitute a refund, extension, or guarantee of future availability.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered services constitute misuse of the service. In such cases, ClosingDecks reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access immediately
  • Revoke unused credits
  • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation
  • Recover associated fees and costs where permitted by law

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
