These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClosingDecks website and services (“Services”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

ClosingDecks provides pre-sales analysis and sales decks designed to support agency sales conversations. These decks are built to help agencies present competitive context, performance decline, and prioritization clarity during pre-sales discussions.

ClosingDecks does not provide SEO delivery, implementation services, or performance guarantees.

2. Nature of the Service

• All decks are pre-sales assets, not SEO audits or delivery documents.
• Decks are intended to support sales conversations and internal decision-making.
• We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.
• Use of the decks does not replace professional judgment or execution by your delivery team.

3. Plans, Credits, and Usage

Deck Credits

• Services are sold in deck bundles (credits). One credit equals the creation of one sales deck. Credits are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account.

Delivery Speed

• Standard delivery: 24 hours per deck (1 credit).
• Priority delivery: 8 hours per deck (2 credits), available on Growth and Scale plans.

Daily Capacity Limits

• Core & Growth plans: up to 5 decks per 24-hour period.
• Scale plan: up to 10 decks per 24-hour period.

4. Rollover & Expiry

Unused credits roll over for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Credits not used within the rollover period will expire automatically and cannot be refunded or reinstated.

5. No One-Off Decks

ClosingDecks does not offer single-deck purchases. All services are structured as bundled pre-sales support to ensure consistency, availability, and operational efficiency.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring rights to use submitted data, and using decks in accordance with applicable laws. Delays caused by inaccurate inputs may affect delivery.

7. Scope, Modifications & Additional Requests

Each deck is delivered as a completed asset based on our internal methodology. No revisions, rewrites, or re-scoping are included. Once a deck is delivered, it is considered final and fulfilled.

Additional Parameter Requests: Clients may request additional available parameters only as a separate request, subject to availability and consumption of additional credits. Fulfillment is at ClosingDecks’ discretion.

8. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in USD. Payments are due in full before services. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used credits, expired credits, change of mind, or misuse of the service.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Enforcement

The methodology and analytical frameworks are the exclusive property of ClosingDecks. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for direct sales conversations. You may not resell, white-label, or reverse-engineer our methodology.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client data as confidential and use it solely for service delivery. We do not share data with third parties except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

ClosingDecks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated or abusive activity is detected.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
